We would like to kindly inform you that we have implemented changes in the URL Folder – a case sensitivity setting in URL filters. Thus the URL filter may easily handle Site.pl and site.pl as one address and the statistics will be counted together.

Until now, the only way to add up this kind of data was by converting all of the URLs to lowercase letters with the appropriate setting by the account administrator and using only small letters in the filter definition. The administrator’s assistance is now redundant.

The implemented solution is located under the filter definition (1). The URL filter selects some set of page views for which statistics are counted. As we are editing a certain filter, we can specify, whether it should use case sensitive or case insensitive pattern matching (2). What is important is that activating/deactivating of conversion operates only in this particular edited filter (3).
